Hi I messaged over few weeks back I needed my dates changed over to Co.e out on direct debt on 15 th every month when I get payed as changed job I've looked on my app says coming out on 2nd January when no money will be in there reason why I wanted it changed to 15 th of every month can someone check this has gone over right and let me no I've been trying to contact u last few days to check thanks

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
