I applied for a contract on 28th paid 30 upfront phone never arrived no emails to say anything how do I get my 30 back

It should drop back into your bank account upto 14 days depending on your bank, as o2 dont have the money, your bank has ring fenced the funds.
You can try your bank and see if they will release it early to you.

Check if it's a pending transaction with your bank. If so, it will be returned to your account in a few days time.

It's possible the phone is out of stock
Also possibly a credit check being done
