Contacted 02 over a refund, was on the phone for over a hour and nothing was resolved. I tried again on todays date 06/04/20, was left on hold for just under a hour then the phone was cut off, disgraceful service

I’ve just had a text to enter code to change my details however I didn’t request this. Asked me to contact o2 if I didn’t request but unable to get in touch!

@Nuala82 Look on Google for phone insurance. Better deals are available than what's offered by O2. If you have homeowner's contents insurance you may already be covered, and many banks do insurance for mobiles as well.
