Help I am in Vietnam and I cannot get on the Web. 02 are quick to take the money not yo quick to provide a Service Switching time soon I thinkn!!

There are no roaming packages for Vietnam so standard international charges which are very steep. Just a few minutes internet may cost you over £100

You need to use WiFi where possible and possibly a local SIM
