I assume this is fraudulent as have just checked my bank account and the latest bill has been taken by DD!?

Just had a variation on that one from +44 7305 122505 inviting me to contact https://o2confirmrebilling.com. I also pay by DD, so the advice that my last card payment was unsuccessful sounded odd anyway!

100% pure phishing attempt.
The domain was registered today, and is not o2 at all..
