Have I been accepted ?

Placed a order this morning got the email full steam ahead paid the upfront cost money taken out of account and received 4 legal doc emails but nothing since this morning the my o2 account has not updated yet and this is first time joining I’m wondering if I’ve been accepted ? I’ve received terms and conditions cca ect

Rang them again today after they told me yesterday id been accepted to today not been accepted and order is cancelled what a joke
