I am working outside the UK and am using a US sim in my iPhone so do not have access to my O@ number whilst I am working here (until June 2017). I have been working here in the US since December 2016. I have just had an email supposedly from O2 telling me that my bill for this month is over £200 and when I try to access my account online it requires me to have my mobile phone with my UK number so they can text me a code to access my account. I think my account has been hacked but I can't check because of the method which O2 insists on using to access the account.
