HUGE problems with O2

I'm having huge problems with O2, people keep phoning and saying they have had a Miscall from me, when I've never even seen their numbers before...

Phoned O2 customer service, got told to wait on the line, then got cut off, I called customer service again on 202 and got cut off again, once I get to work, I intend to phone the police, as they're more likely to give me answers...

@JaanDoh

This is not an O2 issue.

The calls are coming from scammers who have spoofed your number.

They will move on and use a different number after a few days but there is nothing you or O2 can do about this unfortunately.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Sounds very much like spammers / scammers are spoofing your number.

Happened to me on my EE line.

Usually, they move on to use another number quit quickly

Nothing O2 can do

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
