With my business plan I can of course go over my limit and pay more if I have to. My plan consists of 20GB. I used up my plan on the 17th september 18 and had it renewed at 25th september 18. I do agree on using more than intended which was 4.14GB but i feel like that is over excessive that I had to pay more than £250 pounds. Is that normal or should I be contacting o2 about this? I've been with virginmedia for a while so I am a little confused on the new system.

You need to ask customer services to provide you with an accurate breakdown of the charges, but call on 8002, do not use chat for this please.

@KamilZaremba Does seem an excessive amount for that much data, but you'll have to speak to customer service. No one here has access to anyone else's account but their own. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

According to the T&C's you are charged 2.5p per mb over your allowances which I think is around £105 not £250 ?

The Customer Service (Quick chat) has told me its 3Pence per MB on business plan. But im guessing that has changed. But yes 250 is really excessive and thats what i have thought "Yes, 3p ex VAT*

I know. That's what confuses me. Because now that caused us to go into debt. Caused us to miss 4 payments. For house and taxes. Like damn...
