Ok, so here I am, trying to find my O2 bill.
I log in, get the welcome message, click the 'View My Bill' button, and get three options:
My O2 summary, My profile, and View my orders.
SO: following instructions posted here on this forum already, I get a reminder, sign in again... and get the same options again.
SO: I sign in under the user name O2 gave me, answer all the questions, and get: the same three options again.
SO: I log out, sign in again, and get: the same three options. NO BILL.
It shows my real name, the mobile number, and all my profile. But no bill.
Once again I get a code, answer the security question, change my password, give the last four digits of my bank account.. and YES IT'S ME!
Except.... there's no bill.
So what is going on..... where is my printable bill, in wonderful pdf format, as promised?
Can anyone help? Or are the myriads of other forums complaining about this, all correct?
