Hi all, hope are well !

I am trying to use 202 to get through to customer service to give them a PAC code so I can transfer from EE to 02 and having no joy at all!

I've been with 02 since October with a simo contract.  Recently out a phone contract with a different 02 sim.  My daughter is taking over the simo contract but I can't seem to speak to a human being at 02 at all.   I haven't tried in the daytime because I'm at work.   I've filled the online form out and it got rejected for a security issue but the email didn't say what.  It did mention a password that you use when you ring but no idea what that is, as I can't recall setting one up (maybe because I can't speak to anyone !!)

Am getting quite cheesed off with 02 at the moment to be honest and I'm a fairly patient person normally.

Any ideas please.  Thanks x

You need to call O2.

All numbers are in this guide

You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

It's your security word or sometimes called customer service password.

It is your mothers maiden name, name of first school, first pet etc and can be reset in your MyO2 under "your details."

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
