Hi hope someone can help me, I recently got the Galaxy book and I get 100 texts with it a month but it wont let me send texts just receive them does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi there,

 

Im still needing help, I can get texts but the Galaxy book wont let me reply says its a read only message. My plan is that I get 100 texts so I dont understand why its not letting me.

That's probably why it's not working for you then as that app is needed for texts.

I can send texts when I link my phone which is on a different contract it works fine with the phone app which is provided on the laptop. The sim card I got with the laptop that goes in the laptop im suppose to be able to send texts from that as they gave me 100 texts and data but for some reason I can just get texts from that but not reply. I'll call o2 tomorrow. Thanks for trying to help me slight_smile

Yes, all data tariffs get 100 texts per month.
You need to figure out why you can install the Samsung messaging app.
