Anyone else find O2 customer service really frustrating? Can never seem to get through to anyone. If you click on issues it just keeps putting you round in circles. I am trying to ask about poor network in a certain area but can't get through to anyone

O2 would rather you use self-help services, like this for your particular case, @Network3 - Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Then, frustratingly, if you do need to talk to O2, you have to call on any of the numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support at around 08:10am UK time, and wait while music is played at you for several minutes before getting to talk to someone.

Annoyingly, the first and second calls will dump you out before you get onto the queue, then you'll realise this sequence works best:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

Good luck and patience, @Network3  😉
