I understand the discount is credited to your bill each month for 6 months.
Your MyO2 will always show the full amount.
However, this is a community forum and we have no access to any account.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they will be able to confirm what I've said above..

I have had the same issue - Took out a new contract on 13th March with six months of free airtime but it hasn't been applied. After an unhelpful phone call with o2, they told me to contact the store I bought the phone from. The store said this has happened for quite a few people and told me to email the following address to explain the situation and they will sort it out. The email address is:
