I activated my free Disney +, and when I registered in the Disney app it’s taken the monthly subscription. Any ideas what has gone wrong. Thanks

You need to follow the link fiven by O2 to register on the Disney website.

Hi thank you I did follow the link in O2 and when it took me to the Disney app it would only let me join if I subscribed. When I go on my extra now it says my code has been used

Try it on mobile data with your wifi turned off so it can validate on your sim.
