On **Personal info**, someone fraudulently ordered a phone from my account. I was on my phone at the time and contacted o2 as soon as I received the email of confirmation.
However; the phone was still sent out, and they also took out a tariff on the phone.
My phone has been blocked three times now, as I am not going to pay their £49 a month bill, yet am still paying my own. I contacted the fraud team separately too by email weeks ago, twice, and have still heard nothing. Now I am completely unable to use my device.
Could I have some help with this, please!
