Hi I am just moving to O2 on a pay monthly sim only deal. I have already been billed for 1 month even though I have not received the sim card. The bill shows the whole monthly charge is actually for 1 day - 2nd May and as mentioned I don't even have the sim.
I have now discovered that it is impossible to talk to anyone at O2 - no chat service, over 30 minutes wait on a landline (chargeable call)
I am seriously considering cancelling

This is normal as all mobile networks bill a month in advance, so after 3 days it is assumed your sim card has arrived, if not then you need to contact o2 either on the phone or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you this, and they will usually credit you the days you were without the sim.
