What sort of freaky magic does it take to get this company to send a final bill??!!

If you think 3 weeks is long try and get a final bill out of Bulb.......

You need to make sure the final bill hasn't already been issued as O2 sell debts on for piddlin amounts

Don't forget that bills are sent monthly so three weeks isn't too long
