Hi, I currently have a device and air time contract with 02. I have 3 other family members in my household all with Android phones. I want to switch the 3 others to 02 pay monthly sim only and reep the 20% discount per person. My question is how do I do this? I went to my local 02 store in Aldershot and they turned me away saying "we only deal with device contracts". When I try to start a chat online or on the my 02 app it says "our agents are busy try later". And I can't find the option anywhere on the 02 website or app to take out 3 pay monthly contracts and link them to mine so I then get the rewards. Feeling very frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 👍

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
