Hi
I’m having issues with getting family plan started. I have text the 21500 number 3 times now over a couple of weeks and heard nothing. When contacting c/S they say you have to text from the 1st number, which I’ve done, even though the t&c’S say to text from the new number. Still nothing. Any help would be appreciated 🙏

Thanks for responding. I’ve spoken to O2 customer service twice about this and I have set this up last time I was with O2, a while back. However, this time it feels like they don’t want it to be easy to set up. As I say last time it was a breeze. This time not so simple. Cannot get a response on text, told different ways to do it by the advisors and 2 weeks later still not set up and running out of time. So hopefully Kyle can help
