O2 just bill you for any charges passed on by Apple, so you need to contact them to resolve https://support.apple.com/en-gb/itunes

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Apple should have sent an email receipt to the email address associated with your Apple ID detailing what these charges are for.

Have you signed up to any free trials or anything recently which start charging after so long?
