Why am I being charged a loyalty bonus. I am also being charged for a fitness app I never asked for and don't have on my phone. Why is it that 02 cannot put a block in this. Why am I being charged for a fitness app . Is this not simple fix and just block the app.

As for iFitness...lots of problems re this scam. Follow the advice on here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premium-rate-scam-What/ba-p/968023

You need to contact the company to unsubscribe and ask for a refund...
