You need to speak to Google as the contract for the charges is with them.

O2 just pass on what's sent from Google.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Just to add Google and Apple are  now not refunding payments for charges that have occurred where the owner hasn't set any sort of protection on their phones or accounts.

So where parents have not set 2 step payments, the child knows the devices PIN number or the account password.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
