Hi

I can exchange my phone once within 14 days. I upgraded online and collected instore the same day. Can i just take the phone back to that store and swap for the samsung s9 plus. Im not sure because i upgraded online and only collected instore thanks

Online orders must be sent back to the online sales department, they cannot be exchanged in store I’m afraid, sorry.
You should call customer service for a returns label and details of how to return
