Hi; getting an esim sent out today but my signal has gone since about 5pm. Is this related to the esim ?

Check for any network issues here O2 Service Status

Network fine apparently. Can’t even use WiFi calling as they’ve turned that off too!  Let’s hope the thing arrives tomorrow but then only sent today at 3pm

There is "supposed" to be an option in your MyO2 to activate your esim once it's been ordered.

I've not seen it myself so can't make any promises, but worth checking?
