End of contract

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,
My contract finishes in December while I am abroad.

I will be abroad for the next 6 months and don't want to renew the contract.
How do I make sure it doesn't automatically renew?

I can't find a link any information on this on the O2 website.

Thanks in advance.

Give 30 days notice by calling O2 otherwise your contract will keep rolling on a 30 day basis. If you are overseas the free number is +44 844 809 0200

If you wish to keep the number ask for your PAC of for the number to be migrated to a P&G sim which will be posted to your home sddress.

You would be safe leaving it until you get back.

You can give 30 days notice at any time once the contract minimum term expires.

If you want to move to another network get your phone unlocked before leaving O2:

Thanks for the replies.
Is that a free phone number from my mobile or from a landline?

Thanks.

From your O2 mobile it's free. From a landline you would pay international rates.
