End of contract

I think my 24 month contract term has finished now, but can't see this confirmed anywhere. I want to leave O2 ASAP. Please advise.

The best figure comes from MyO2 - my reported Upgrade value there today is £197:

vs this figure of £322 today from INFO to 85075:
