End of Contract - Want Airtime Bill to Stop

Hi all,

I am near the end of my O2 Contract and I am waiting on debits to come out for the last 2 months. After this is complete, I do not want to be billed for anything, as I have recently moved to Canada and cannot use my data that I am paying for (I am paying a Canadian phone company for a new SIM).

However, there is no option to change my tariff to 0GB at a cost of £0.00

I have been going with the cheapest option of 1GB at £21 per month for the last while until the contract ends. I am not happy to pay £21 a month once this contract is complete as it is farcical when I no longer live in the UK. How do I get myself onto a tariff that does not charge me once this contract is finished? Or will O2 contract stop charging me an airtime bill automatically?

Your contract automatically rolls on month to month so you will continue to be billed

You need to cancel the contract to stop the billing
