I'm looking to upgrade early. I've seen a good O2 upgrade deal on a third party website. It's cheaper and also has a year less on the contract length than the same deal on the O2 website for the device I'm looking for. Can I early upgrade via a third party or can it only be directly through O2 themselves? I don't owe a lot on my current device so I just wanted to pay it off and get it over with.

Thanks for any help.

@SamsungFanBoy

Once you pay off what you owe currently you are free to upgrade anywhere.

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
