@jimtent59

The T&C's state no refunds on early upgrades.

You now own the device outright to do with as you wish.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

That's complete rubbish @jimtent59

Once you have paid the device plan you are free to leave or upgrade at any time.

Someone has messed up @jimtent59

If the upgrade fee has definitely left your bank account, your device plan should be clear.

You will have to persevere with O2 to sort it out.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
