Has anyone actually managed to redeem this offer?

 

I purchased an S23 Ultra on the 18th June.  Still no code.  I've now rung them 3 times (currently been on hold for 1hr 27mins).  Each time I get told my issue is been 'escalated' and someone will contact me within 48 hours.  So far I've heard nothing. 

 

First time with O2 and I would not be recommend them

I've had exactly the same thing apart from that fact that it's now been 5 times and I was on hold for over an hour.  What's going on at o2? Did you get it resolved in the end?

i have the same problem, what we should do is do a combined complaint to the ombudsmen.... i purchased on the 29th of june. We should of had a code after 30days of purchasing the device.
