My husband smashed his old phone ( iphone 12) and as I manage all the phone accounts theres alway a spare 'upgrade' somewhere. This happened to be my Son's plan.

The new phone arrived and it's automatically set up the esim with my Son's number as well as the physical sim with my Husbands number. So my husband has 2 phone numbers now showing on his phone.

AND CUT MY SONS PHONE OFF in the process, he cant make calls or send texts at all.

He's now stranded 60 miles away with no working phone.

If I delete the esim will my Sons physical sim start working again ?

I dont want to completely mess the whole thing up

phones too clever for it's own good.

Your son will need to install his esim from his MyO2.

You need to make sure you are logged into the correct number in your MyO2.

Your husbands physical sim will have a different number so should not be affected.
