Hi

Sorry I'm really clueless.

I have a new o2 phone with a nano sim and my old phone has a normal bigger sim. I've put the new sim in my new o2 phone, and I've activated the new sim, I think. I now need to do something to keep my old number. I think I need a pac, is that right? How do I get a pac? Do I need my old phone to get a pac?

thank you!

If you were with O2 before, you need to do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

@Lottie49

If coming from a different network you need to text from your old sim to get your PAC Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

Once you have that, fill out the form here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
