I got disney plus free for 6 month. i will start paying for disney plus every month but was wanting to know can l pay for the year.

If you stay with it through O2 it's added to your monthly bill.

To pay yearly, you'd have to cancel the o2 subscription and go direct with Disney, but you'll lose the £2 per month discount.
