Disney plus

Not letting me remove Disney plus from my package and for some odd reason my bills over 50 when it should be 42

@Kallum1 See if this is any help:

Log in to your MyO2: http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Scroll down to your extras and click the + sign beneath Disney.

It will open up.

Press "Manage"

Turn off the auto renew switch.

I will also tag an O2 online account advisor who will be on in the morning at 8 am to take a look at your account. @O2Lisa can you please help?
