I have subscribed to Disney plus through o2 but when I press the link to activate it it doesn’t do anything

my activation code also does not work and i have tried on 3 devices so far and also been in touch with disney to see if they could help and they have advised that o2 are not giving valid codes as they are having alot of issues with them currently.
