Disney+ and airtime discount for existing customers

I signed up to Disney+ as a paid extra last month on the basis of the offer that, as an existing O2 customer, I would get a £2 discount every month on my airtime bill. I've just received my bill and the discount has not been applied at all, if anything it's even slightly higher than anticipated. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks.

You need to call O2 to discuss billing issues.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
