I've been with O2 since Cellnet days and they don't pay off my contracts early either.

Why should they?

I agree to paying it off myself when I sign the contract.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

The customer service is as bad as one can imagine, I spend 2 days trying to sort things as easy as swap the new sim they send me for you old one ( due to lost phone ) and still not resolve, sending me to the local O2, but they say is customer service and vice versa.
