I missed my payment and now I have been disconnected. I cannot log into the MyO2 app to pay nor can I call any numbers to pay. What do I do?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202
or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

You need to call Payment Management on 0800 902 0217 and they will be able to sort this out for you.

@Kai3 Once you get this sorted out and get reconnected, consider setting up a Direct Debit to avoid this happening again. Your bill has to be paid come what may. A Direct Debit takes having to remember when out of your hands, and you get plenty of warning as to when when the money will be taken.

Same happened to me after a massive data charge of £200 for 100mb in bahrain when i turned my phone on and connected to wifi and then the wifi dropped out. I paid £176 of £276 bill and was about to pay the balance today and literally cut me off today. Furious as now live in thailand and can’t be reached by any clients or family. Been at O2 for two decades and this is how they treat you

Also they don’t allow you to reply to their emails or texts, the in app chat didn’t work for all of this period and because they barred outgoing calls I couldn’t ring.

Also all my two factor authentication now doesn’t work as can’t receive sms. Thanks, soon wont be able to do banking and can’t access anything that uses it like crypto apps.

And now the O2 community is trying to disconnect me and asking me to log in using the details to log in to O2!! And my now disconnected phone number!! 😡😡😡
