Disconnect sim

Hello, I had spoken to someone on the phone about 1 week ago nearly and they said my account was on hold until the 7th and my phone has been disconnected on the 5th which means I can’t make out going calls and I can’t receive incoming calls

You need to call payment management on 0800 902 0217 

You can use Skype if there’s no other phone you can use
