Please can I have details on how to set up a direct debit. Many thanks

If on the new billing platform login to myo2 on the website (not app), and then go to Payments then Cards and Direct Debits, or altenatively contact o2 on 0800 902 0217 and they will be happy to set one up for you..

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
