Is it possible to change the date of my direct debit?

If you are on the new system if can be done under Manage My Account / Manage cards for payment.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Even if on the old system you can change your bank details in the bills section.
