Direct debit change

Hi I got an Email  a few weeks ago from o2 saying  they were changing my direct debit to a different  company  . The payment went out today to Telefonica  is this correct  or a scam

Telefonica is the company behind O2.

If in any doubt check your account in My O2 to see if the payment has gone out.

Alternatively 

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

O2 are changing customers over to a new billing system so new DD's are being set up when they do your account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
