Hi,

 

I was wondering if there was any other way to chenge my Direct Debit details without calling up?

You can change the account details in My O2 but to change the date you do have to call up. Live chat may help but personally I would rather call than risk it not being changed correctly.

Log into your MyO2 and go to the bills section then scroll down to the section named "manage my details "
