If you have bought a Samsung phone then the buds have to be claimed from them. As they have to be claimed 60 days after purchase date, you need to claim them via the Samsung members app on your phone

I think the offer is over, but you had 60days or so to claim the buds from the phone manufacturer, @Jon62 - if you got a new Samsung, here is the link to their last offer: http://www.samsungpromotions.claims/galaxy-a-buds

@pgnIf it was a Samsung offer, the closing date for phone PURCHASE was until 26th April. You then have 60 days to claim....so June would still be ok (until late June)
