I took out an iPhone pay monthly plan on **Personal info**22. I have the priority app on my phone. So far I have not received any text about redeeming the Apple Music offer. The o2 app says all advisors are busy. Can anyone offer any advice?

I spoke to Customer Service on 202 and was told by the O2 agent that if I take my proof of purchase and ‘show it to Apple’ that Apple would then give me the free months of Apple Music. It sounded like a likely story, but I tried it anyway which Apple support live chat quickly shot down.
