Hi,
I've been using the auto top-up thing for a while, I had previously been on Blackberry's Text & Web tariff, but about a month ago I switched tariffs to Pay & Go Go Go, and also edited my top-ups from £15 a month, to £10, and also changed the top-up date.
I was shocked when I woke up this morning to find that I'd been topped up by £15! I received an email saying "We took the payment from your account on 03 Nov 2012" so I nervously checked my bank statements online, no money had been taken out yet, so I checked my auto top-up settings, it had saved the date but not the amount of money!
O2 are bound to take the money from my account at some point over the next couple days, I feel robbed! Even if it is only an extra fiver, the whole reason I changed tariffs was because I was trying to save.
Needless to say, I have cancelled all future auto top-ups!
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, did you get your money back? Is it part of an O2 extra because of the signal troubles a few months ago?

Think they had a problem over last couple of weeks. My wifes cc had expired on web site they notified us, we updated it, and waited and waited, nothing. Phoned them and they told they had problems with all payg top ups and didnt know when it would be sorted. As it happened it was the next day
