Hi I would like to know why I can’t make a payment via the app for my device plan, I have some extra cash and wanted to pay some towards my plan, but you can pay your phone bill via the app

Because its a Credit agreement and any overpayment affects the length of the agreement so has to be done via Customer Services
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
