I've paid for next day delivery but now its showing I will get my delivery Monday not today.
I know theres a lot going on at the moment and appreciate everything is quite delayed but o2 shouldn't be charging for or advertising 'next day' if it isn't going to be the next day, my contract is cancelled on my phone while I wait for the package so I have no way of contacting people.
How can I get a refund for my delivery charge?
