Hi I ordered a new contract and DHL have said they were unable to find my home so it’s now sat in a depot. I can’t go and get it.

Do I contact the delivery company or o2?

Calling the courier is o2's responsibility also, not yours.

Hey thank you, I thought that would be the case 😔 just spent 37 minutes on hold and didn’t get to speak to anyone, there seems to no other option but to phone which is such a pain!


I don’t really see why I should be chasing for a service I have paid for 🤷🏻‍♀️. I was hoping o2 would be better than Vodafone

This is true, just spoke to someone from o2 who said well I could just ring the depot and find out when they will deliver 😂

Fantastic customer service, I explained this isn’t acceptable to be told o2 could phone them Monday but it might not happen as they might forget and they put the phone down.

The whole situation is just a good excuse for people not willing to do their jobs properly!
